Or travel further afield and visit the Laggan Outdoor Activity centre home to the largest zipwire in Europe. Followed by the boot room which is the ideal place to store outdoor clothing. Heading back up the staircase, in between the lower ground floor and ground floor you will find the handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with direct access to the private courtyard with lovely hot tub and seating area. Taking the next staircase between ground floor and first floor you are will find the stylish shower room with rainfall shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the lovely spacious lounge with TV/DVD followed by the pretty single bedroom with TV. Finally leading up the stairs to the second floor, where care needs to be taken due to low level coombe ceilings, is the fantastic games room with XBox with a selection of games, simulator gaming chair, mini table football table and air hockey table. Venturing outside into the fully enclosed private courtyard, providing a suntrap and haven for everyone. Enjoy the wonderful private hot tub and seating area, ideal for al fresco dining, or to enjoy a nice glass of wine or a good local ale whilst lazy evening star gazing, the courtyard is only overlooked by the house itself so privacy is guaranteed.
