The cliff top offers stunning views and guests can relax on the patio and terraced garden area and enjoy watching the many ships and boats sailing from Plymouth Sound. Guests can also venture further afield to explore the vibrant city of Plymouth (6 miles) with its Hoe and Barbican, high street shops, theatre and other leisure facilities. Or why not head to Dartmoor National Park with its beautiful scenery and wildlife. Other attractions which are well worth a visit include the River Dart Country Park, Paignton Zoo and Buckfast Abbey, all of which are within 30 miles of the property. This historic accommodation, which was formerly two cottages, is approached via a long private road and accessed via a number of steps to the front of this spacious four bedroom property. Entering the front door, you will find yourself in a fantastic kitchen/diner with slate floor that provides the perfect social space for preparing meals and gathering to enjoy them. The well equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer Nespresso coffee machine and Durnic blender. As well as the dining table, there is also an additional breakfast bar plus a cosy double sided wood burner. This same wood burner can also be enjoyed in the spacious lounge that has lovely sea views from both aspects and doors leading out to the gardens. The lounge also has plenty of seating for family get togethers or group getaways as well as a 3D Sky TV, DVD and Sky package that includes movies and sports. As if that wasn t enough entertainment, there is also a games room leading off from the kitchen with a large, flatscreen TV, Xbox with games. Upstairs are four bedrooms 2 doubles, both with lovely sea views, one with an en suite bathroom, separate shower and WC as well as a further twin room with sea views and a bunk bedroom. All bedrooms also come with TVs, plus there is an additional shower room with WC. Outside is an enclosed garden area as well as large, tiered gardens that have exceptional views of the coast.
