The antiques centre of South Molton is 4 miles, and Barnstaple's pannier market and sports facilities are 10 miles. The countryside around the farm is criss crossed with footpaths and cycle ways and has local access to the pretty Tarka Trail a short drive away, once a single track railway which offers wonderful circular walks. Offering character and beams throughout, this attractive barn conversion is deceptively spacious and entering the property you find yourself in a large porch ideal for kicking off your wellies or waking boots.
