Holt is home to a fantastic variety of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, historic buildings and art galleries, and the nearby Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland. Local attractions include the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle and Binham Priory, the Muckleburgh Military Collection and the watermill at Letheringsett. You can also take a trip on a steam train, or visit lovely coastal resorts including Wells next the Sea and Cromer. Other places to visit include Blakeney National Nature Reserve, Pensthorpe Natural Park and the Cley Marshes Nature Reserve. Originally part of the Holt Workhouse, this lovely 18th century Grade II listed building has been refurbished for 2022, making it a charming single level holiday home ideal for a couple or a small family.
