There are plenty of wonderful walks to enjoy in the area, with Wiveton Downs offering some excellent views. The lovely nearby coastal villages of Cley next the Sea (2 miles) and Blakeney (1.5 miles) are both famous for their wonderful nature reserves which are a haven for keen birdwatchers. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip out to see a colony of grey seals. The popular seaside town of Cromer is just 12 miles away and offers plenty of traditional seaside holiday activities. On entering this lovely property you will find a large utility room with a WC and storage space for walking boots, coats, crabbing lines and buckets and spades. The spacious and stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer and a fridge with an ice compartment. The property features a cosy and inviting lounge, which is a large, light and sunny room with a triple aspect and views over the garden, with plenty of comfortable seating, TV, DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire. The gardens have a wonderful romantic cottage garden feel to them with deep borders full of long established rose bushes, a large lawn and a patio where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ.
