Parking for 1 car (Parking is along a narrow driveway, the parking space may not be suitable for larger cars). Shops and pubs 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. Outside bistro table and chairs for alfresco dining and drinks.

The North Norfolk beaches await, Holkham, Sheringham and Cromer, along with the harbour town of Wells next the sea, whether you fancy scenic walks, leisurely boat trips, or just a day of sunbathing and beach games. Bird watchers will enjoy the nature reserves at Blakeney and Cley. The front door of this brick and flint cottage opens directly into the open plan living space, with the lounge area situated to the front of the room and the kitchen area towards the rear. A wood burner effect electric fire keeps the room lovely and snug in the cooler months, when guests may like to spend their evenings with a takeaway in front of the Smart TV or watch one of the many DVDs. Holt boasts many restaurants, but for those who prefer to cook, the kitchen offers a good range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a cosy double room with a lovely restful feel to it. The second bedroom, meanwhile is a peaceful single room with a day bed. The bathroom offers a bath with shower over and WC and is finished with local flint tiles, adding a touch of character to the room. A parking space for one car can be found opposite the cottage along the narrow driveway, and there is also a small outside seating area with bistro table and chairs, giving guests a pleasant place to sit out with al fresco eating and drinks..
