Continue north, some 8 miles to the coastal reserve at Blakeney, or perhaps head to the seaside town of Cromer, 10 miles east of the property. Approaching the property along a quiet country road, guests will find that the front door opens directly into the welcoming kitchen with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine can be found in the separate utility room, off from which there is a cloakroom with WC. Returning to the kitchen, an archway leads through to the open plan living area comprising a lounge/diner. The dining area is to one side the room, whilst the main space is occupied by comfortable sofas gathered around the wood burner in the inglenook fireplace. A TV/DVD provide relaxed entertainment in the evenings. One bedroom, a king size bedroom with an en suite shower, is located on the ground floor and has doors opening to the outside. Stairs from the dining area lead up to a galleried first floor landing off from which there are two bedrooms, a king size and a twin, both of which benefit from en suite bathrooms each with a bath with a handheld shower and WC. Outside, there is a lawned garden overlooked by an attractive patio seating area with garden furniture, which is ideal for al fresco dining.
