It has all the attractions of a traditional holiday but in an outstanding natural environment. Keen walkers will enjoy the Exe Estuary Trail, leading to Exmouth via Cockwood with its harbourside pubs, Powderham Castle, the bustling city of Exeter and the quaint old port of Topsham. Regular trains also follow this route, said to be one of the most beautiful rail journeys, and for boat lovers, there is a ferry from nearby Starcross to Exmouth. On entering the property, the porch is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and wipe off your paws. Following on through the property, to your right is the beautiful light and airy lounge, a delightful space for enjoying a good catch up with friends and family or relaxing amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Across the hall is the first of the three bedrooms, a delightful and spacious double bedroom and just down the hall from here is the shower room with shower and WC.
