The extensive pebble beach is less than 500 meters away where you can see across to the Isle of Wight, The Needles and beyond. The nearby town of Lymington is a haven for watersports enthusiasts, or those wishing simply to relax and take a boat trip from the pretty harbour. From the property the New Forest National Park with its ponies, donkeys, wildlife and other animals is easily accessible. There you will find picturesque countryside and an abundance of charming towns and villages, ideal for walking and cycling. A path runs through the front garden to the main door. On entering the property you are met with a welcoming hallway with a WC and giving access to the kitchen on the left. This stylish space is well equipped with a range style cooker with an electric oven and gas hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading back into the hallway you will find an inviting lounge with Smart TV and feature fireplace. Doors open into the contemporary conservatory, where you can dine whilst looking out over the garden. Taking the stairs to the first floor you will find a king size bedroom with Smart TV that is sure to make you feel right at home, a double bedroom and a cosy single bedroom with additional pull out single bed (available on request). The bedrooms share the stylish bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you will find a private enclosed walled garden with hot tub and garden furniture ideal for dining outdoors. A substantial garden lodge can also be found here with TV, PS3 games console, Junior pool table and a double sofa bed which also includes a compact shower room with shower, basin and WC and also basic kitchen facilities with a fridge. The cabin is heated by an electric panel heater. This provides excellent additional accommodation for 1 adult or simply for use as a garden room. 2 allocated parking spaces for 2 cars are available to the front of the property..
