The Shrewsbury Golf Club is a must for enthusiastic golfers. The pretty and historic town of Much Wenlock is the birthplace of the modern Olympian movement with 12th Century Priory, museum, unique shops, galleries and tea rooms. Visit Bridgnorth with its Cliff Railway, the Ironbridge Gorge Museums, National Trust properties in the area include Attingham Park, Benthall and Dudmaston Hall.
