Wood burner (first basket of logs included) and under floor heating. 50" Smart TV with Netflix and Prime. Alexa Dot. Patio with garden furniture. Off road parking. Pub within 1 mile and shop within 2 miles. PLEASE NOTE there is no washing machine at the property and due to age of property the stairs are fairly steep with two turns and that the property is not suitable for children or infants due to mezzanine floor. Property will be decorated for Christmas.
