3 bedrooms: 1 king size bedroom, 1 super king size bedroom (can be made up as a twin upon request, please advise at time of booking) and 1 single bedroom. 2 bathrooms: 1 freestanding bath located in the master bedroom with separate en suite WC, 1 family bathroom with 1 bath, 1 cubicle shower and 1 WC. Induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and coffee maker. Outside seating area and enclosed garden (note the small gap in the fence photographed, is covered to prevent dogs escaping). Contemporary wood burner. Electric and heating included. Off road parking. LCD TV. Wi Fi included. Shop and pub within 3 miles. BBQ provided. Property can be booked with Manor Grange Cottage to sleep a total of 7 people. Christmas & New Year 2022 note start dates are only available from 23rd December & 30th December 2022. Beyond this, Masham offers plenty of dining options, a wonderful wine shop and two award winning breweries you could spend a lazy day exploring this town. At the heart of beautiful cottage is the generous open plan living space, made up of the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Head to the lounge and fire up the contemporary wood burner before sinking into the reclining sofa for the evening. The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod cons you'll need to rustle up dinner, and the dining area offers plenty of space when it comes to entertaining and enjoying meals as a group. The bright and airy setting makes the perfect spot for meals no matter what time of day, offering pleasurable views out of the window. All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and free standing bath for those evening soaks, along with an en suite WC. The second bedroom is a super king size which can be made up as a twin upon request, with the third being a sweet single room. The shared bathroom boasts an additional bath with walk in shower, no need for queues of a morning. There's plenty to enjoy outside as well. Step through the lounge patio doors to discover an attractive enclosed garden. Home to a spacious lawn, BBQ and comfortable patio for al fresco dining and evening drinks, weather permitting.
