Snug room, to sit and relax in if you need a little time on your own. Convenient WC on ground floor. Double oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine in utility room. Smart TV and DVD, CD player and iPod docking station. Off road parking for 1 car, further street parking available nearby. Garden with seating. Secure Bicycle storage if arranged in advance. Travel cot and highchair. Wi Fi included. Multi fuel fire to sit beside for cosy nights in and gas central heating. Pubs, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.. Close to Verbena Spa with day passes available.. Please note property sleeps a maximum of 6 people including infants. PLEASE NOTE that there are no electric vehicle charging facilities at this property and vehicles should not be charged here. Despite the increase in utility costs the owner has made a conscious decision to not pass this on to guests and would appreciate if you could please use the gas and electric consciously, for example not having the heating on constant, certainly when you are not in the property..

Neighbouring Pickering (13 miles) also hosts a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants together with a historical steam train, which winds its way through stunning countryside to the coastal resort of Whitby (30 miles). Enter the property on the ground floor to discover a stunning lounge, finished with neutral tones and oak flooring and decorated with stylish sofas, cosy rugs, tasteful artwork, a Smart TV/DVD and fantastic wood burner for those quiet nights in. Continue through to the bright and spacious kitchen/diner, which is full of natural light. At one end of this room, a contemporary kitchen area is fitted with striking dark units, sleek granite worktops and an island for entertaining. With everything you should need for preparing delicious meals, this room contains a double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and much more. At the other end, a dining table sits in sunlight beside the large window. Completing this floor is a convenient WC. On the lower ground floor you will find a second lounge with additional Smart TV/DVD which opens directly onto the garden and offers an alternative space to relax and unwind.There is also a handy utility room complete with washing machine and laundry facilities.
