1 bedroom with king size bed (reduced height in eaves). 1 wet room on the ground floor with WC (reduced height in eaves). Electric hob and oven, undercounter fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Wood burner (logs included October end of April). Steep, cottage style stairs with irregular tread height and width. Ladder type grab rail at the top of the stairs. Enclosed garden with seating area. Please note, there is a little used right of way through the garden to the adjoining cottage. Roadside parking on a village lane. Smart TV and DVD. Selection of books, games and DVDs. Beach, pubs and shop within 0.5 miles.

Beyond the village, is the historic market town of Bridport which is within 3 miles. Or take a trip to Weymouth which sits further along the coast 17 miles away, where you can visit the oceanic exhibits of the Jurassic Skyline and the Victorian Nothe Fort harbour along with an abundance of charming seaside shops and eateries. Head just 12.5 miles in the opposite direction to visit the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum and Monmouth Beach in the picture perfect town of Lyme Regis. If countryside walks are more your thing, you are within easy reach of the East Devon AONB and the rolling Blackdown Hills.
