Second lounge with TV. Electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. Sunroom. Bathroom with free standing bath, large separate shower and WC. Utility room with washing machine and sink. Enclosed garden area with seating, BBQ and trampoline with net, swings and a playhouse, the treehouse is shared between both properties and is located in the field which backs on to both properties gardens, in a fenced forest area. Plenty of off road parking. 2 dogs welcome, only allowed downstairs. Village shop 0.25 miles. On line grocery deliveries accepted (Tesco, ASDA and Waitrose). Beach at Marsland Mouth 2 miles, pub 2 miles.

Enjoy nearby Bude with its Splashpool, canal, shops, pubs and restaurants, and the historical village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets, visitor centre, tea rooms and shops. Other attractions include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Hartland Abbey, Arlington Court, Tapeley Park, Rosemoor Gardens and The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. On entering this splendid property you will find yourself in the first of two inviting and comfortable lounges, an ideal spot for relaxing in, complete with TV/DVD, and a wood burner to snuggle in front of. French doors lead out to the garden. The second, more intimate, lounge is also a great place to unwind in, complete with TV. Moving into the elegant and stylishly designed kitchen/diner you will find everything you may need including electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. You can grab breakfast at the breakfast bar, or enjoy something more substantial in the attractive dining area. Exploring the cottage further, you will find a delightful sunroom overlooking the garden with views of the surrounding countryside. You will also find a comfy double bedroom on the ground floor. There is also both a shower room with WC and a separate WC on the ground floor, as well as a utility room with washing machine and sink. Going upstairs you will find four more comfy and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and a luxurious en suite shower room with WC.
