Located in the beautiful small village of Seatown, this property boasts a traditional exterior which sits beautifully in the local area. The village is small and has a beach, pub, shop and some very good walks. A popular route takes in Golden Cap and Thorncombe Beacon, both of which have strong links to the prevention of smuggling in the area. The cottage is stone built, providing warmth on cold days and a cool ambience on warmer days. Enter the property through the porch into the well equipped kitchen and small utility room. A panelled sitting/dining room with comfortable furnishings and a log burner is the perfect place to curl up of an evening, where you can see glimpses of the nearby coast from the windows. There is a rear hall leading to a downstairs WC and shower room. The staircase is low, steep and winding and leads to three well appointed bedrooms; two doubles have beautiful feature window seats allowing views of the sea and they also boast elegant Victorian fireplaces.
