Beyond the village, Weymouth lies just 3.5 miles away, where you can explore the sandy beach, independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Furthermore, you can visit the oceanic exhibit that is the Jurassic Skyline, the Victorian Nothe Fort and the ancient ruins of the cliffside Sandsfoot Castle, just to name a few attractions. 10 miles away is the picturesque Isle of Portland with its traditional lighthouse and stunning 16th century castle.
