Highchair and Travel cot. Electric and central heating included. Roadside parking (subject to availability), alternatively a parking permit can be purchased from the local council to use in the local public car parks . Wi Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Beach 1.5 miles. Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Smart TV in the lounge. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks..

There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake s ship, The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors, and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley. The utility cupboard offers a washing machine. Completing this floor is the bathroom, which offers a shower over bath and WC. Heading on up to the second floor you will find the snug, where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views over Brixham. Finishing this floor is the master bedroom, a spacious room which consists of a king size bed, Smart TV and an en suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading down the stairs to the ground floor you are greeted by the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy a catch up with family and friends.
