The rolling limestone hills of the White Peak and the dramatic moorlands and gritstone edges of the Dark Peak provide endless opportunities for exploring via the extensive network of public footpaths and open access land. The property is a beautifully restored Grade II listed Georgian property dating back to 1751, step into the welcoming lounge area with its stunning feature stone fireplace, home to the beautiful wood burner, providing a cosy place to curl up on the cooler evenings and curl up in front of the TV/DVD. Heading through to the well equipped kitchen/diner you have everything you need to cook up a hearty breakfast such as an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher, with nearby dining table with seating for four guests to enjoy the resulting meals. There is a downstairs bathroom which is tiled throughout with shower over bath and WC, and a heated towel rail. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two lovely bedrooms, a king size with fitted wardrobes and charming window seat and a twin room with 2'6" single beds, also with fitted wardrobe and a window with views across Bakewell Church.
