Ground floor shower room with utility room and washing machine. Dining area with added seating with wood burner. Lounge with TV, DVD . Bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the first floor. Enclosed patio area with seating and BBQ. Electric and central heating included. Wi Fi is available and included in the rental price. 2 medium sized dogs welcome. Shop 3 miles, pub a 15 minute walk. Please note that there is no landline phone and no mobile signal at the property. Additional info: Property sleeps 8 people or 7 people plus travel cot.

This is an excellent area for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, fishing, caving and more. Nearby attractions include the Brecon Beacons National Park, Craig y Nos Country Park, the Brecon Mountain Railway, South Wales Borderers Museum and The National Showcaves of Wales. Other events include the Hay Festival of Literature and the Brecon Jazz Festival. You can visit some of the many historic houses, gardens and castle, with Tretower Court and Castle less than 3 miles away. On entering this delightful and spacious traditional property, which retains much original charm and character, you will reach the entrance hallway, this will lead you off in different directions, to your left you will find the first of the lounge areas a perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside views that surround the property and to your right the dining area with added seating and warming wood burner, continuing through the dining area you will reach the fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine and added shower cubicle. As you continue your stroll back to the entrance hallway, you will find the stairs leading to the first floor, where you will find the four bedrooms and family bathroom with shower over bath. All rooms have been tastefully decorated and provide everything needed for a good night sleep Heading outside, you can relax in the patio area with added garden furniture..
