A unique day out can be had at Bellanoch, 4 miles towards the coast. Here you'll find a bustling marina and a Scottish beaver and wildlife centre to visit. Continue this way up to Crinan (5 miles), where you'll find a small sandy beach. Sitting adjacent to the owner's holiday home, enter this single level cottage and immediately come across a spot to hang coats and store muddy boots.
