2 bedrooms 1 super king size and 1 twin (both rooms can be made up as double or twin beds, please advise at time of booking). 1 bathroom with WC and bath with shower over. Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Highchair, travel cot and Z bed by prior arrangement. Open fire starter pack of logs provided ( if available). TV with Freeview & built in DVD player. CD/radio and iPod dock. Limited Wi Fi. Emails, banking, shopping ok but may struggle with streaming films and games.. BBQ. Due to private water supply, hot tub hire is not available.. 1 dog welcome restricted to the sleeping in kitchen area. If you plan to charge an electric vehicle during your stay, please obtain permission before and please be aware this will be a separate charge. This is typically 10 per night and paid in cash at the end of your stay to the Estate Manager. due to live stock, we ask that dogs are kept on a lead within the grounds of the property. Shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants 3.5 miles away in Dunblane. Please note the main road leading up to the property is mostly single track and can be prone to ice and snow in the Winter months. 4x4 vehicles may be required for the sloping driveway up to the house.
