Mobile signal limited. 4 dogs welcome but not in the months of April, May & June due to lambing and nesting. Open fire logs included. Free Salmon & Trout Fishing with 2 permits provided. Dumfries House 20 mins away by car. Parking available at front of property. Regret no Stag, Hen or groups of young parties . Property is only suitable for Families. Please note that the owner operates a no deposit no let policy.
