Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Please note the river is located close to the property and children must be supervised at all times. Driveway parking for 2 cars. 3 dogs welcome, restricted to ground floor and not allowed on sofas. 2 kennels also available. Salmon fishing available. Asda and Morrisons both provide home delivery to this property. Bridge of Balgie 9 miles Post Office, shop selling essentials, café. Aberfeldy (all facilities) 30 miles.
