Patio area and enclosed lawn with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ (one bag of charcoal supplied). Large shared gardens. Plenty of parking available. Beach at Crackington Haven 17.5 miles, pub 2 miles and shop 1 mile. Riding stables 0.5 miles, golf club 2 miles. Massage treatments are available on site. The shared utility room will be run for 1 family at a time. .

Heading upstairs you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and a double which has a balcony with delightful countryside views, and steps leading down to the enclosed garden. Stepping outside you can unwind in the patio and private lawn area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is also a large garden area shared with the other properties, and a play area for kids where they can have fun on the trampoline.
