Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are access via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have any specific requirements. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However , alternative parking is available in local carparks.

Head up again to the second floor to the master bedroom with double bed, plenty of storage, TV and en suite shower room with shower and WC (The master bedroom has restricted head height due to vaulted ceiling). On this floor you will also find a small single bedroom with a child size single bed. Please be aware both bedrooms have restricted head space due to vaulted ceilings. The property is accessed via 14 steps to a small terrace to the front of the property, with a small table and chairs. To the rear of the property is a decking area with garden furniture and Gas BBQ.
