4 bedrooms 2 king size and 2 twins. 1 bathroom and 2 en suite bathrooms. Redfyre range oven, second electric oven and gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Ample off road parking available. 2 dogs welcome (please kindly keep on a lead when outside and on site). Beach 6 miles, shop and pub 4 miles. Charcoal BBQ available.

The Upper Lake offers coarse fishing, water sports, a lakeside walk and cafe. The North Cornish coastline is also just a short drive, which is ideal for surfing and sunbathing, or alternatively the lovely cliff top walks which offers spectacular views across the Atlantic coastline. The Cornish town of Bude provides excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and the nearby market town of Holsworthy also offers a selection of amenities and weekly farmers market. Step inside the spacious entrance hall and head into the lounge with reclining sofas where you can relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV in front of the warming wood burner, or on a warm summers day throw open the French doors and let the outside in. Next is the spacious kitchen/diner with a dining table to seat everyone for those all important family meals. The kitchen itself is fabulously equipped with a Redfyre range oven, a second electric oven with gas hob, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and space to store boots and coats. Three of the property s bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, the first of which is a spacious king size with an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and then two pretty twin bedrooms. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with bath and shower attachment, a separate shower and WC. Head up the oak staircase leading to a spacious landing with a cosy armchair. The fourth and final bedroom is a king size room with sloping ceilings and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and WC. Venture outside to the large enclosed garden with lawn and patio, with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ and a swing, the perfect place to enjoy a warm summers day.
