For those who like to leave the car behind, the property provides easy access to the popular Tarka Trail for walkers and cyclists. Of course, Devon is known for its beaches and seaside resorts, and the location of this property means that beach lovers will be spoilt for choice, with Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde, and Woolacombe all being within a reasonable driving distance.
