There are plenty of activities in the local area to suit all the family. Why not visit the aquarium or try your skilla at click and climb indoor climbing centre. Walking in the front door you will enter the welcoming hallway. Your eye will be drawn towards the lovely staircase and stained glass window on the landing. On the ground floor ,you will find a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Next door there is a formal dining room with lovely views over the square and open fire. Heading up to the first floor you will find a double bedroom with en suite with shower and WC. Next door there is a large bright lounge with two large windows overlooking the square and the fells in the distance. There is an attractive marble open fire, Smart TV and Sonos music system which is linked through the house. Heading up to the second floor, there are a further two bedrooms, a twin and a double which has a Smart TV. There is also a family bathroom on this level with underfloor heating which features a free standing bath, separate shower and WC . There is also the unique feature of an open fire at the foot of the bath, perfect to kick back and relax after a day out walking and exploring the lakes! There is also a storage cupboard where you will find a washing machine. From the ground floor there is access out into a private courtyard which has seating and a charcoal BBQ. There is plentiful parking on the square where the house is located..
