Wi fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Pub within 1 mile and shop within 3 miles. TV in the lounge. Sleeps 2 2 (pull out double bed in lounge area at extra charge.). 2 dog baskets are provided for guest use (please bring your own bedding).

Located along a quiet lane which is popular with cyclists and wonderful walks from the doorstep. The nearby village of Hathersage offers an array of local pubs, cafes, and shops to enjoy. Head along to the popular village of Castleton and spend a day exploring the blue john mine or walking up the infamous Mam Tor. Chatsworth House and Gardens are a must see and don t forget to pop into the delightful farm shop and stock up on local goodies. Dine at the nearby dining table and plan the days activities ahead or relax in the lounge space on the comfortable seating including adjustable chair by the TV along with a pull out double bed that can accommodate an additional two guests if required. This room is complimented with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard and countryside beyond. Heading through to the inviting double bedroom where you are bound to get a good nights rest in rural tranquillity in the double bed, there is also a handy en suite wet room with shower, sink and WC nearby. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with benches ideally situated to take in the nearby breath taking views and off road parking for two cars to the rear of the property..
