Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Log burner. TV in the lounge, second lounge, snug and in each of the bedrooms, music system in dining room. Large garden with fenced pond but not enclosed, in estate grounds with access to the river . Charcoal BBQ. Ample off road parking. Beach, pub, shop and restaurant 2 miles. For a traditional seaside day out, visit the Victorian village of Westward Ho!. Complete with amusements, famous golf course and a beach hut lined promenade alongside two miles of golden sandy beach, this village oozes traditional British seaside charm. There are plenty of opportunities to keep the kids entertained with days out including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. For those who want to keep fit whilst on holiday, sailing can be found at the picturesque villages of Appledore and Instow whilst Woolacombe and Croyde are renowned for being a surfers paradise and Exmoor National Park caters for keen walkers. On arrival at this grand property, take in the beautiful views before making your way through the front door. The main lounge is to the left and offers comfortable seating with wood burning fire alongside a bar area offering a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the local area. The dining area is to the right and caters for those important family meals and more formal dinners, it also has a sound system for some enjoyable background sounds. With a well equipped kitchen, delicious dishes are certainly on the menu.
