Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. Utility area washer/dryer housed in cupboard in shower room. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV in lounge area and Smart TV in bedroom. Rear enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Allocated parking for 1 car. Pub within walking distance. Beach 9 miles, shops 5 miles.

Nearby Barnstaple has plenty to offer such as leisure facilities and a cinema. Other attractions include National Trust s Arlington Court, Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens, Marwood Hill Gardens. Set in the lovely North Devon countryside, set adjacent to the owners home, this beautifully decorated property will make you feel right at home. The property has its own private entrance for a total sense of escape. The owners have chickens and 2 cats who you may meet whilst at the property. Stepping inside the property you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with double aspect windows allowing natural light to flood in. The comfy lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix and a wood burner which makes for a wonderfully cosy evening. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher so you can cook up a lovely meal after exploring the local area. The bright and airy super king size bedroom is a lovely space to relax in. The bathroom houses a walk in shower, WC and large storage cupboard where you ll find the washer/dryer. As you step outside you will find a large patio area with BBQ, follow the steps up and you will be greeted with a picnic bench where you can enjoy breakfast with stunning countryside views.
