Close by is Builth Wells with a good selection of shops and eateries as well as being home to the Royal Welsh Showground which holds many events throughout the year. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons National park and the Black Mountains along with many historic boarder market towns including the world famous literary town of Hay on Wye. Enter into the porch which opens into the spacious lounge, with comfortable sofas and a feature exposed brick wall and fireplace with wood burner effect electric fire, a beamed ceiling and TV/DVD. Walk through to the kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. there is also a utility room with a washing machine on this floor along with a separate WC and back door out onto the parking area. Open tread wooden stairs go up from the lounge to the first floor, here are three bright and spacious bedrooms all leading from the central landing.
