Those feeling more energetic can take a trip north to the New Forest National Park and explore the wide network of walking and cycling routes on offer, taking in the spectacular landscape that this area is renowned for. For a spot of retail therapy head four and half miles west into Bournemouth and perhaps take in a show at the popular BIC or Pavilion theatre. On entering the property, you are met with a welcoming hallway containing a useful separate WC. Immediately to the right is a snug with TV. Leading on from here is a light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner opening on to the garden. This sociable space has a lounge area with TV and flame effect gas fire and the kitchen area sits to the left, which is equipped with a electric oven and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room is next door and contains an American style fridge and freezer complete with ice cube maker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading back into the hallway you will find the staircase rising to the first floor. Once upstairs chose from one of the four bedrooms; a luxury super king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, separate walk in shower, his and hers basin and WC. A second king size bedroom which can be made into twin single beds on request. A twin bedroom and, finally, a cosy single bedroom. Completing the first floor is a modern family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside from the kitchen/diner you will find an enclosed garden, with furniture and decked area ideal for al fresco dining. The garden is south facing and perfect for that family BBQ.
