The property itself is located on the stunning grounds of the owner s estate as well as being on the fringes of the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers you some stunning walks for both yourself and your four legged friend. Other attractions within a fifteen mile radius include the famous and spectacular Colchester Zoo and the Seaquarium located om the pier at Clacton on Sea. Guests enter the property by the front door and you arrive in an open plan living area. The lounge area has a large sofa and as well as a large screen television which is mounted on the wall, with French doors leading to the patio area. Should you wish to dine in and relax then there is a table and two chairs in the lounge area. The kitchen area has a small combination microwave oven, induction hob and oven, along with a fridge and a separate freezer on the kitchen side. The bedroom has a king size bed having ample wardrobe and storage space and next along which completes the layout is the shower room which also has a WC. There is no enclosed garden area, but a communal patio area t, o the rear of the property which does have a table and chairs should you wish to soak up some sun.
