Out and about you will find Shipston on Stour a small traditional market town which is well served with a host of cafes, independent and boutique shops, and a fine selection of pubs and restaurants for all occasions. Attractions within easy access include Shakespeare s birthplace Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle and Cheltenham, home of the Gold Cup. Enjoy the views across the rolling farmland as you approach the farmhouse, set back with a traditional frontage with a lavender scented pathway that will guide you to the front door. Step inside to the hallway, with flagstone floors and tall ceilings along with a place for boots and coats. The lounge is accessed off the main hallway, a generously proportioned room where you can get together to watch the TV and enjoy the warmth of the open fire, just off the lounge, a second reception area that s perfect for teenagers that may want their own space. For dining a formal dining hall that will seat twelve, here you can also light the open fire to enjoy a celebration supper, the walls have been painted with a mural see how many cats you can find. For the chef there is a spacious farmhouse kitchen with electric Range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and for a quick morning coffee with breakfast a farmhouse table and chairs.
