Enter into a grand hallway with a hand crafted oak stair case and a stunning double sided wood burner, perfect for warming by after a ramble. Doors lead to the super spacious lounge, with stylish seating around the other side of the wood burner and Smart TV with sound bar perfect for movie nights. The lounge leads through to the snug/work area, perfect for catching up with emails or just browsing the internet. This doubles as a play area for children, with a low table and chairs and in turn leads into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen has two electric ovens and a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, its a spacious room with a real country farmhouse style finish. A washing machine can be found in the adjacent utility room. Also on this floor is a shower room with WC and a separate WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor there are four bedrooms, a master king size with an en suite shower and WC and access to an excellent balcony area with far reaching views. A second bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower and WC. The third bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony, which stretches across the front of the property.
