There is a spacious king size bedroom and the kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment is on the opposite side of the lounge. Further access to the gardens can be gained from the kitchen. The shower room with shower and WC completes this wonderfully thought out accommodation. The well maintained shared gardens are a delight to sit out and enjoy, at the end of the garden to the fragrant lavender that can also be found here. Access the garden through the double patio doors from the lounge or the rear access from the kitchen. Private allocated parking for one car is available at the front of the property..
