Keswick has a fabulous indoor climbing centre or why not have a go at Go Ape. The Lingholm Estate is a short walk away and has a fabulous restaurant, some fabulous walks and walled garden. Entering the property, you will instantly feel at home walking into the hallway, your eye is instantly drawn to the large open plan country kitchen and spacious formal dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Tassimo coffee maker. There is a small utility/boot room off the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. There is a lovely bright and spacious lounge off the kitchen with French doors out onto the garden and patio. The lounge is a lovely space to relax and discuss the day s events, have a family board game or catch up with a favourite programme on the smart TV. There is a downstairs WC off this lounge. Across the hallway from the kitchen there is a second lounge with a stunning log burner and TV, this room has a relaxed chill out vibe. Head up the wide staircase with feature landing window to the first floor, you will find a master bedroom with super king size bed and en suite with shower and WC. This bedroom is very spacious with large dual windows looking across the village and the pièce de résistance is the access out onto the private roof terrace which overlooks the garden.
