Enjoy paddling at The Warren, the local beach, or hire a kayak further down the river at Glasbury. For walkers and cyclists, head to the Brecon Beacons National Park for plenty of walks and places to explore by bike, whilst the Wye Valley has canoeing, shooting, river and lake fishing. The original flagstone floors are intact but with the benefit of underfloor heating. The utility room has a second under the counter freezer, washing machine and dryer, a sink and ample storage. Make mealtimes a family affair and gather in the dining room kept cosy by the warmth from the wood burner. The living room has ample sofas and chairs, plus a wood burner making it the perfect spot to watch a film together. Up the oak stairs there are four bedrooms. The king size master bedroom has high ceilings, exposed beams and a TV, whilst a further double also with TV, twin and single complete the bedrooms. One bathroom has a newly fitted shower, whilst the other has a bath with a shower attachment. There is a small but sunny private enclosed patio area to the rear of the cottage, just perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning, whilst at the front there is an attractive garden, with a lawn ideal for making the most of the sunny days.
