Level access is available for those with limited mobility from road level please use the gate to the right of the feature front door (not in use). Decked veranda with fire pit within the open front gardens . 2 dogs welcome. Enclosed paddock for dogs adjacent and is across a narrow lane that passes by the property. Fishing available on discussion with owner. Off road parking for several cars. Pub across the road, nearest shop 3 miles (Abergavenny).

Accessed from outside the hall, and down a few steps, there is a spacious room with a separate WC and washing machine, which is perfect for storing coats and boots and drying off muddy dogs. Heading outside through the double doors, soak up the impressive views over to the Skirrid and Black Mountains, as you take a seat on the long, decked veranda. The dogs will love running around the enclosed paddock, which is situated beside the house across a narrow lane and is perfect for exercising them.
