Only a short drive away is the historic market town of Penrith which still has a traditional farmers market along with an array of local shops and eateries on offer. For adventure types why not head down to Ullswater Lake and head out onto the water either on the famous Steamboat or hire a boat, kayak or paddle board yourself. Head on down the hall where you will find the comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom housing king size bed with TV and plenty of storage space plus a en suite shower room with shower and WC where you will also find your bathrobes and slippers for when you head out to the hot tub. Also, off the hall is the twin room with wall mounted TV and main shower room with shower and WC.
