Further Details
The lovely little town of Burry Port has a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and a lovely harbour, a hive of activity where you can sit and watch the local fisherman return with their catch. Further afield is the Gower peninsula with its stunning coastline and shopping in the City of Swansea or in the old market town of Carmarthen. Take a fun filled family day trip to the Oakwood theme park and Heatherton World of Activities. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). The accommodation is open plan, warm and inviting, with space to relax. Entering the front door, you find yourself in the entrance hall with space to kick off your boots and hang up your coats. Enter into the open lounge on your right, which benefits from a large wall mounted Smart TV with Sky TV film package, sound bar and Blue Ray DVD player, along with comfy seating, perfect for a cosy evening by the wood burner, after a busy day exploring. Next to this and central to the room is the kitchen area which is perfectly presented and includes a range of appliances including an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Central to the kitchen area is the dining table with views across the garden. Leading off the kitchen area you will find a set of bi folding doors providing access into the enclosed garden. Heading further into the property you will find the two bedrooms; a master king size with en suite shower room with WC, and a twin bedroom. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a large private enclosed garden, with patio area with furniture and lawn beyond.
