The property s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors, whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude s sandy beaches, exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel. Stepping inside this tasteful and contemporary cottage, you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner a light and airy living space. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. There is comfy seating in the lounge area where you can watch the TV, doors lead out from here onto the enclosed terrace looking out to the garden. Heading up the stairs you will find the two bedrooms, a double and a spacious twin. Completing the first floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Step outside from the living area onto the enclosed terrace with seating to dine alfresco and a charcoal BBQ. There is also access to seven acres of grounds with two lakes stocked with carp, you are welcome to fish at part of the river here, named Netherbridge Court.
