A lovingly restored house, with many of its original features preserved. The location, overlooking the Harbour is just fabulous and once here, you won t want to leave, but if you do wish to venture out for the day there is plenty to see and do.

The capital city of Edinburgh is just 35 miles away, with its history, culture and castle to explore. There are also some amazing country walks from your door which take in the most beautiful coastal scenery or why not visit Pease Dean Wildlife Reserve which is a short drive away? As you enter the house, you will encounter a double bedroom off the entrance hallway, with views across the harbour and beach. Next door there is the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Along the hallway, you with come to the open plan kitchen/diner which offers access to the front garden through the French doors. There is ample comfortable seating next to the wood burner, it s the perfect place to curl up and read a good book. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Head upstairs to the first floor, you will find a second double bedroom and a shower room with WC and a single bedroom. Both bedrooms have views over the harbour. It is on the first floor that you will find the airy spacious lounge where you can take full advantage of the stunning sea views. It has a wood burner and TV and prime views of the sea and harbour, especially at sunset and sunrise. There is an enclosed garden lawn to the front of the house with wide views across the harbour and beach. You will also have use of a BBQ area to the side of the house. Because of the property s remote position, there is no vehicular access to the house; you can park your car in the village car park, which is 0.75 miles away via a pretty path and a smuggler s tunnel.
