The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, with fine local cuisine and famed for its association with Doc Martin lies to the west, as does the ever popular Padstow and Newquay. Other places of interest include King Arthur s castle, The Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties. Six steps from the parking area lead down into the pretty courtyard garden. From here step inside the property and into the warm and welcoming lounge which boasts stunning original stonework, a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Here comfortable sofas are arranged around a Smart TV with Netflix and this provides a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. A step down then takes you through to the kitchen/diner where you will find that the high ceilings and beams continue throughout the property. This sociable space also offers an intimate dining area sat alongside a perfectly appointed kitchen which has been fitted with a great range of appliances and equipment including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a separate cupboard housing the washing machine. Finally and completing the offering inside the property is the beautifully romantic bedroom with a double bed and a further Smart TV. Located off this is an en suite shower room with a large shower with a rainfall showerhead and a WC. Venture back outside and into the delightful enclosed garden area, a lovely sheltered space is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall and boasting an area of lawn and garden furniture.
