2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made up as a super king size on request). 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Travel cot and high chair available on request. TV, DVD and iPod dock in the lounge, and TV in each bedroom. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Enclosed garden with charcoal BBQ and seating. Hot tub no sandy toes please. Private off road parking for 2 cars. Beach 3 miles, independent brewery and farm shop within walking distance. Please note: From April 2023 the changeover day will be a Saturday.

Close by is the medieval village of Tintagel where you can visit Tintagel Castle, one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain, and you can walk over the stunning 60 metre bridge set between two cliffs. Visit the picture postcard fishing village of Boscastle nearby. Other attractions and places of interest include stunning Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Slightly further afield, are the coastal villages of Port Isaac, where TV s Doc Martin is filmed, Padstow and Rock all well worth a visit and a haven for foodies too.
