Enclosed rear gardens with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ and a separate area also enclosed with play equipment (suitable for children up to 8 years old). Off road allocated parking for 1 car, additional parking is roadside nearby. EV charging is available at the property ( 10 charge applicable). Pub, shops 6 miles and beach 14 miles.

Just 14 miles away is Bude which is perfect for surfers, walkers or those who fancy a swim. The active among you will love the Tamar Lakes which offer a variety of water sports as well as great walking routes and a lovely café. Theme parks including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way , North Devon Wake and Aqua Park provide a great family day out and are all within a short drive. Other attractions close by include Tintagel, Boscastle and Clovelly. As you enter this delightful cottage, you step into the utility area which is ideal for kicking off your boots or shoes.
