3 bedrooms 1 double with WC and 2 twins . 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. TV/DVD in the lounge area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher in the kitchen area. Regret no washing machine. Electric and central heating included. Towels and linen included. Patio area located at the front of property with seating and communal lawn areas. Ample onsite parking. Onsite leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool (open all year round), outdoor swimming pool (open during Summer months only), tennis courts, fitness centre, outdoor children's play areas and games room. Please note that some of the onsite leisure facilities are accessed via stairs. Wi Fi included in the property and available in the onsite games room. Regret no pets. Onsite pub and restaurant. On entering this attractive bungalow, you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge is bright and open offering a great place to relax, complete with TV/DVD. The dining area has a table seating 6. The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook a meal and comprises of an electric oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Leading from the lounge/kitchen/diner area there are three bedrooms, a double with WC and two twin rooms. There is a bathroom complete with bath, separate shower and WC. Stepping outside you can relax on the patio area and enjoy the lawns shared with the other properties in the complex. There is also an outdoor children's play area just outside the lodge. Exploring further, you can enjoy the many exciting leisure facilities onsite, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centre, other outdoor children's play areas and games room. There is allocated parking for one car, though additional parking is available..
