For those that would prefer to explore the area on two wheels, there are numerous bike hire shops throughout the city. Drumnadrochit, Loch Ness and the ruins of Urquhart Castle are around 17 miles away. History buffs can explore Culloden Battlefield, where the Jacobite Rising took place in 1745. Entering the property will take you into a hallway that leads to the lounge/diner, which is filled with an abundance of natural light. The large, three seater sofa and designer style armchair are positioned around the Smart TV, and the dining area opposite seats four adults comfortably, with the mirrored wall adding another feature to this space. There are patio doors in this room that lead out to the garden and a small patio area. Through to the kitchen, you will find an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There is also a shower room on the ground floor with shower and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor are two double bedrooms which have been beautifully furnished. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Outside, the enclosed garden is laid to lawn with a small patio containing garden furniture. There is a storage shed available for guests that wish to store bikes or other outdoor gear during their stay.
